Click icons below for flight search pages

Flight search providers offer an alternative to individual company searches. Many find several flights with different airlines in a single search. Also, these searches may find services provided by smaller charter airlines, usually available only through travel agents (many flight search agents are authorised travel agents).

Don't rely on them exclusively as they sometimes fail to find flights that can be booked directly on an airline's website

My Travel and Airtours [part of MyTravel group] do not appear in our site this year as they have merged with Thomas Cook and their flights have been incorporated into the Thomas Cook website.

Most charter flight schedules for summer 2008 begin on 6th May, with a few between 1st and 5th May.  The earliest flights are by Thomas Cook and Avro.**
Thomas Cook fly Manchester [MAN] / Heraklion [HER] starting on 21st March (Good Friday in UK).  Monarch/Avro start operations at London Gatwick [LGW] to Heraklion and Chania [CHQ] on 1st April.

** Avro operates all Monarch charter flights (Monarch flies scheduled services. No flights to Crete).

In September 2007 First Choice merged with the tourism arm of TUI (Thomson) to become TUI Travel plc.  First Choice are included in the table as they have some flights that do not currently appear in thomsonfly schedules.  They also offer a different range of holiday packages.
